Volunteer Opportunities

Gallery/Art Show – There will be up to three art galleries that will be selling western art and gear.  Volunteers are needed to staff the galleries, including greeting customers, answering questions, assisting artists and making sales.  Provide support to art committee ensuring a pleasurable experience for artists and visitors that shop in the galleries.

Hosts – Greet visitors, provide information to visitors including providing support at the information booth.  Directing crowd, introducing workshops and presenters, and providing support at concerts.  Provide support and assistance for entertainers and education presenters at check in area.  Become an integral part of the volunteer/staffing committee ensuring adequate assistance and customer service to those that attend the event.

Logistics – Assist with set up, communications, monitor and manage equipment and set up needs for workshops, concerts, galleries and dinners.  Provide support to logistics committee, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all visitors that attend.

Food/Bars/Serve Cowboy Dinners – Assist in the set up, serving and clean up of the food areas, event bars, and cowboy dinners (Thursday, Friday and Saturday night of the Festival).  Provide general assistance and support to the food committee.

Publicity – Assist in the distribution of posters, flyers throughout the region.  Meet and greet the press and provide general assistance to the Publicity Committee.

Registration/Tickets – Provide on site support and assistance during event to ticket sales and registration committee.
